Just months later, Howard was booked again following a Pearland crash while his license was still invalid. Court records charged Howard with knowingly leaving the scene without providing information to the woman whose vehicle he damaged, and a witness reported that he fled at a high rate of speed, running a red light and stop signs—with his three-year-old daughter in the vehicle. Howard was arrested and booked again in connection with the November crash before the case went to trial. He later pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor accident charge and agreed to 60 days in jail. [3]
